One of the initial examples [[http://lolcode.com/examples/gimmeh]] suggest GIMMEH as the function to read from STDIO.  Personally I think "give me" suggests too much grammatically sophistication.  GIEF would be a better and clearer choice. It is more direct, implies less sophisticated use of grammatical cases, it's simpler to code and most importantly is more amusing.
