====== LOLCODE Recommendation 1.1 ======

The recommendation for version [[specs:1.1]] has soft-launched. At this point, it's merely a roll-up of the consensus reached on votes in the forums over the past two weeks. Combined with (most of) [[specs:1.0-mod]], we now see where we have to go. Working out a process for collaboration where everyone has a voice has been a challenge at times, but I think the community is finding a way to go forward much faster.
