This should be pretty straightforward.

Sleep some integer seconds:

I IZ SLEEPIN 10

While the above is nice and sweet, I fail to see how a sleep sequence can be anything but the following;

AFK 10
BTW This is seconds based sleep

…aaaaand…

BRB 150
BTW This is milliseconds based sleep

…aaaight?

I just suggested on brb something similar to this. I'd proposed BRB and BBL as nano- or millisecond and second sleeps, respectively. Maybe BRB could be nanosecond, BBL as millisecond, and AFK as second?

E.g.:

AFK 10
BBL 10000
BRB 10000000
BTW all these sleep for 10 seconds

I'm thinking something like this:

BTW sleep for 5 sec, 10 ms, 7 us, and 3 ns
BBLLLL 5
BBLLL 10
BBLL 7
BBL 3

Also see my comments on BRB.
