Newcomers! Read this before adding a page here!

There are some major goals I propose for 1.3:

1. BUKKITs and objects
2. CAT MACRO programming constructs
3. generally tying together scoping, functions, and interactions with other libraries

Early feedback on 1.2 suggested some topics that need more fleshing out:

1. GIMMEH needs to be better specified, along with…
2. INPUT-OUTPUT in general
3. The TYPE type needs some serious evaluation
4. The loop constructs want more flexibility and maturity. Currently, there are two proposals, here and here
5. The comparison operators need more work to get them just right.
